"II have been with State Farm and Jeff Butler for over 20 years and he and all the staff have always been patient and gracious with me, helping me to get the best deals for my auto and car insurance. When Hurricane Helene caused damage to my home, Tammy helped me so much with the process as did the whole State Farm team that worked on my claim. In the end, they helped me find contractors who could do all the repairs and State Farm ended up paying for many more repairs to my home than I ever expected. I am grateful for everyone involved!"

"I have been a State Farm customer for about 15 years now. Generally I have been pleased with the service I have received, particularly with the Automotive insurance. My Homeowners Property Claim experience has not been as satisfactory. I had a 15 year old roof with hail damage that developed some leaks. They only wanted to replace a few shingles versus a full roof replacement. Their estimate surprisingly enough came up just under my deductible. I chose to have the whole roof replaced and paid for it out of my pocket. I wasn't going to replace a roof that old, bit by bit, and risk further leaks. Which is exactly what they wanted."
